Cancellation Policy

• To avoid fees, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to pick-up time.

   

• Cancellation and no-show fees:
  
  • 100% for one-way trips (and same-day round trips)
    
  • 50% for round trips (except same-day round trips)
    
  • 35% for all other reservations

     

• Cancellations must be made by phone. An agent will provide a cancellation code, which is your only proof of cancellation.

   

Refund Policy for Round Trips

• After the first leg of a round trip (or multi-leg reservation) is used, there will be no partial refund for unused and/or cancelled legs.

   

Flight Delays & Late/Early Pick-Ups

• 8:00pm – 10:29pm: $25.00 late/early pick-up fee applies.

• 10:30pm – 7:30am: $40.00 late/early pick-up fee applies.
  

• If you booked a reservation within these hours, the applicable fee has already been included in your rate at the time of booking.
  

• If your flight was originally scheduled outside of these hours but is delayed into a late/early window, the corresponding $25.00 or $40.00 fee will still be applied.

   

Reschedules

• A $50.00 fee applies to reschedule if we are not advised at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up.
  
• Rescheduled trips are subject to availability.
  
  • If no vehicle is available for the new time, there will be no refund.
    
  • If only a higher-priced vehicle is available, the rate difference will be charged.
• We strongly recommend checking your flight schedule at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure.

   

Pick-Up Policies

• All pick-ups are pre-scheduled and subject to change. You will be notified if changes are required.
  
• Any changes must be made by calling our office. Changes made with drivers may not be reflected in our system.

Vehicle Policies

• Reserved vehicles may be changed if necessary (e.g., breakdowns, traffic delays, flight delays).
  
• If a less expensive vehicle is sent, the rate will be reduced.
  

If upgraded, no extra charge will be applied.
