Yes. To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Fees are: 50% of the total for round-trip bookings, 100% for one-way trips, and 35% for other reservations. No-shows are charged the same rates.
Just give us a call with your updated flight information. Your driver will be tracking your original flight, so the sooner you let us know, the better. Please note a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.
After you collect your luggage at the airport, your driver will meet you at baggage claim holding a sign with your name. If you can’t find them, call the number we texted you the night before.
